What is Life Coaching?

Coaching is a series of authentic, intentional conversations that bring clarity and awareness, empowering a person to fully live out their full potential and calling in life.

Often times, our greatest barriers are the ones we build ourselves. By removing the barriers that hold you back you’ll be able to grow in leaps and bounds into the person that you were designed to be.

I am Here To Help In The Following Areas

Teen Coaching

Teenagers can feel like they are stuck on a never ending rollercoaster. The expectations they have on themselves, as well as the pressures of fitting in. Life coaching can help them develop life skills and learn how to manage some of the stresses that come along the way

College Student Coaching

Life at college is full of new obstacles and challenges for both the student and parents. Too often, families hyper-focus on the college application and admissions process, completely forgetting to prepare for the social/emotional impact of this major life transition.

Millennial Coaching

On one end of the spectrum are the overachievers who expect a C-suite job offer straight after graduation. On the other end are the confused and multi-passionate procrastinators who wind up back home, in their childhood bedroom, with nothing to do.

Parent Coaching

When parents receive ongoing support throughout the tumultuous adolescent years, the entire family system reaps positive benefits. Coaching gives parents the tools they need to be successful, effective, nurturing and supportive.

Are you interested in working with me?

Here’s How To Get Started:

Step 1. Schedule your complimentary introductory call by clicking here. This call will last approximately 45 minutes.

Step 2. I’ll use this time as an opportunity to learn about you, and to make sure we’re a good fit. I choose to work with only a select number of clients at a time who are committed to seeing change in their lives. This also allows me to be fully present in sessions, so you as a client experience the power of coaching.

Step 3. If we are a fit, we’ll then discuss the next steps to get started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t the right fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.

The Coaching Process

Most are nervous the first time we meet or my first phone call. They feel unsure of exactly why we’re talking, and they wonder if coaching is some strange new form of punishment designed to make them miserable. My first goal is to set there minds at ease. First, I explain to my new client that it’s perfectly normal to be nervous and confused as to why they are talking to me. Some teens feel hurt and angry during those first few minutes, and some feel curious and a little excited that they are finally going to have a place to talk about the things that are going on in their lives.

If my clients have never heard of a life coach I let them know that coaching gives them a safe, confidential place for them to learn tools, and gain the confidence they need to live their best life. Having a life coach is similar to having a sports coach. A coach’s job is to teach new skills and help them get better at their sport, or in this case, life.
